Interested in hearing more from IV in 2012? Members of the Intellectual Ventures team regularly speak at legal and technology industry events around the world. This month, IV representatives will participate in the following events:
- January 10 – Michele Herman, IV’s chief corporate counsel, will speak at the Silicon Valley Innovation & Law Conference in Palo Alto, CA. Michele will participate on a panel discussing patents and technology standards issues.
- January 24 – Jim Weisfield, senior director of channel sales at IV, will speak at the AIPLA Mid-Winter Institute Meeting in Las Vegas, NV. Jim will participate in a panel discussing strategies for maximizing values of patent portfolios.
- January 30 – Melissa Finocchio, IV’s chief litigation counsel, will speak at the Patent Strategies After the America Invents Act seminar in Seattle, WA. Melissa will address new strategies for potential and current infringement litigation from the perspective of the plaintiff.
