Intellectual Ventures, Desmarais Team up to Drive Licensing and Enforcement of IV Patent Portfolio

Intellectual Ventures (IV^®) and Desmarais LLP, an intellectual property law firm focused on the litigation of complex, technology-driven disputes, today announced an agreement by which Desmarais LLP and IV will co-develop fully integrated licensing and litigation programs.

Under this agreement, Desmarais will have visibility into IV’s patent portfolio and will work with IV executives to identify licensing and enforcement opportunities with companies currently unlicensed to IV’s portfolio.
